It doesn't answer. It testifies.

Five rungs, one thesis. Each tool below is a bigger claim than the last — and every claim carries the evidence a stranger needs to check it. Nothing on this page is claimed beyond its receipts.

  1. 01

    Archivist Sort

    Product — $29, one-time

A local-first file cleanup tool for macOS that shows the full plan before anything moves, quarantines instead of deleting, and receipts every action.

Proof: Live and buyable. Every action byte-verified; a stranger can audit what the tool did to their disk.

  2. 02

    Archivist

    Request-access beta

Local-first investigative evidence software: ingest, search, and compile a tamper-evident archive without user data ever leaving the machine.

Proof: Six-gate sell-readiness audit passed (build, tests, packaging, verification, legal), receipts on file. Access is requested by email and granted manually; public download and self-serve checkout are not open. The linked trust page carries the live state.

  3. 03

    Testify Challenge (AAAP)

    Public protocol

A public cryptographic challenge: a sealed, signed evidence packet for an AI agent run. The invitation is to break it.

Proof: Public on GitHub. Broken twice during hardening — both breaks credited, both fixed, 54 commissioned attack cases closed with zero remaining breaks. The frozen pre-fix packet stays verifiably broken on purpose.

  4. 04

    The Continuant

Demonstrated protocol — not yet a product

Governed agent infrastructure: a mission enters once, survives changes of model, provider, machine, process — and even the loss of its own authority key — while keeping one canonical lineage that a stranger reconstructs from receipts.

Proof: Working demonstration: heterogeneous execution across a Mac, a cloud model, and a Raspberry Pi running its own local model; real process kills mid-mission; authority death and quorum recovery; hostile batteries across 100+ adversarial scenarios, all refused with typed errors; runs sealed with AAAP and admitted to Archivist memory.

  5. 05

    The Fleet

    Internal infrastructure

The multi-agent AI workforce that builds all of the above — dispatch, leases, gates, receipts, adversarial review — under the same fail-closed discipline the products sell.

Proof: Built everything on this page. Its governance is the proof of the thesis by construction.
